What is your return policy?

We request that the book is returned to us with a brief explanation of the reason for the return. We are happy to issue a refund or exchange the item for an equally priced item.

We will only accept damaged or non-working DVDs for a refund or exchange.

How are items shipped? When will I receive my order?

ARI uses USPS media mail for shipping all items within the United States. Shipments usually take between 2 - 4 weeks to arrive.

Is there sales tax?

Sales tax (7.75%) is only charged for orders within California.

How do I order multiple copies and is a discount available?

Special requests for bulk orders and/or discounts must be made by contacting the ARI office at 619-281-7165. We offer bulk discounts on items that we publish (ie. Autism: Effective Biomedical Treatments... Recovering Autistic Children... etc). We offer a 40% discount on orders of 10 or more of the same item + shipping.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We can accept Visa and Mastercard.

What are your shipping charges?

There are no additional shipping charges for orders shipped within the United States. International orders are charged an additonal $3 for every $25 purchased.
